ORLANDO – An Orange County couple alleges a New Jersey man's actions caused them injuries in an Orange County accident.
Joshua and Cristina Grabinski filed a complaint on Nov. 10 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Orange County against Michael Denardo alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on Feb. 7, 2013, Cristina Grabinski was driving along state Road 441 in Orange County with Joshua Grabinski as passenger, when a vehicle driven by the defendant violently struck their vehicle. They allege the incident caused them to suffer bodily injuries, disfigurement, disability, mental anguish, loss of the capacity for enjoyment of life, medical expenses and loss of consortium.
The plaintiffs hold Denardo responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to operate the automobile in a safe manner.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against defendant, costs, interest, and such other relief that the court deems just. They are represented by Rick L. Martindale of The Martindale Law Group in Orlando.
