Man claims IAGL Properties didn't pay overtime

ORLANDO — A man is suing former employers IAGL Properties LLC and Ian Anderson, employer, citing alleged unpaid wages and violation of workers compensation acts.

Santiago Segura filed a complaint on Nov. 7, in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida against the defendants, alleging that they failed to pay fair wages to him.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he worked for more than 40 hours per week without being paid any overtime compensation. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly violating the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks all overtime wages, liquidated damages, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. He is represented by Robert W. Brock II of Law Office of Lowell J. Kuvin in Miami.
