JACKSONVILLE — A Minnesota corporation is suing Silver Creek Genpar LLC, a Florida company, citing alleged breach of contract and unpaid debt.
Adolfson & Peterson Inc. filed a complaint on Nov. 4 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida against Silver Creek Genpar LLC, alleging that the Florida company failed to settle its debt with the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages from the breach of a promissory note. The plaintiff holds Silver Creek Genpar LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay all sums it owed to the plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant, all legal fees and interest plus any other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by William E. Adams, Jr. of Gunster Yoakley & Stewart, P.A. in Jacksonville.
