FLORIDA — A passenger is suing Royal Caribbean Cruises LTD., a cruise ship company, citing alleged insufficient measures were taken to prevent injuries and negligence.
Sarah Head filed a complaint on Nov. 3, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Royal Caribbean Cruises LTD. alleging that the cruise ship company failed to keep their pool deck free from any foreign objects that could cause an accident.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that, on March 31, she sustained serious physical injuries to her right knee and right hand. The plaintiff holds Royal Caribbean Cruises LTD. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to provide adequate warning regarding the hazardous condition of the pool deck.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages, medical expenses, all legal fees and interest plus any other relief which the court deems just. She is represented by Spencer Aronfeld, Matthias M. Hayashi, and Lovecia A. Holmes of Aronfeld Trial Lawyers in Coral Gables.
