MIAMI — A California business is suing Fiplex Communications, Inc., a Florida corporation, citing alleged patent infringement.
Dali Wireless, Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 31, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida Miami Division against Fiplex Communications, Inc. alleging that the Florida corporation infringes several of plaintiff's patents through the distribution of their infringing products.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Dali Wireless, Inc. suffered damages due to the infringement of their intellectual property. The plaintiff holds Fiplex Communications, Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly infringes at least one claim of plaintiff's patent through their “Digital Fiber DAS”.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks to enjoin the defendant, all damages sufficient to compensate the plaintiff plus interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just.
