MIAMI – A Broward County resident is alleged to have defaulted on a student loan.
United States of America filed a complaint on Oct. 31 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Linda Amis, also known as Linda Robbio, alleging that the individual failed to settle her debt with the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Amis failed to pay the principal amount of her debt plus interest.
The plaintiff seeks principal amount of $1,687.16 plus interest in the amount of $4,076.96, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by Jennifer Margolis Marquez of Newman & Marquez PA in Coral Gables.
