MIAMI — A man has filed a class-action lawsuit against Alex Hanna, and The Law Offices of Alex Hanna, P.A., citing alleged violation of telephone harassment statutes.
John Salcedo filed a complaint on Oct. 20 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against the defendants alleging that they sent a unsolicited text message to him.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is a former client of the Hanna firm who alleges that in August, he received an unsolicited text advertisement from the firm. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because they allegedly violated telephone laws in sending the text.
