Autosport USA accused of not paying overtime for hours above 40 per week

WEST PALM BEACH — A former employee is suing Autosport USA Inc., alleging violation of wage laws.

Jose G. Rose filed a complaint on Oct. 18 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Autosport USA Inc., alleging that the employer failed to pay fair compensation to the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he worked for more than 40 hours per week without being paid any overtime compensation. The plaintiff holds Autosport USA Inc. responsible for the alleged overtime-pay law violation.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks payment of all overtime compensation, liquidated damages, all legal fees and any other relief this court deems just. He is represented by Christopher J. Rush of Christopher J. Rush & Associates, P.A. in Boynton Beach and Victoria Mesa-Estrada of Mesa-Estrada Law, P.A. in Boynton Beach.
