ORLANDO – An insurance company is accused of not paying for medical coverage needed for injuries sustained in an accident.

Accident & Injury Clinic Inc./Sarah M. Neverton filed a complaint on Sept. 1 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court for Orange County against Government Employees Insurance Co. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, on Oct. 9, 2014, Accident & Injury Clinic Inc. provided Neverton with medical services and treatment for her injuries sustained from a motor vehicle accident. The suit states Neverton incurred reasonable expenses for necessary medical and rehabilitative care by the Accident & Injury Clinic Inc., however, defendant refuses to pay the full amount due to date.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment for personal injury protection benefits together with interest, costs, attorneys’ fees and other relief that the court deems proper. They are represented by Todd A. Landau of Landau & Associates PA in Hallandale Beach.
