TAMPA – A Pasco County man has filed suit against two Georgia residents after an auto accident in Pasco County.

Theodore Miller filed a complaint on Sept. 2 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida against Angel Torres Navarro, Ana Franco and G & F Renovations Inc. citing negligence and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 28, 2015, while he was driving a pickup truck traveling eastbound on Old County Road 54, Franco's vehicle, being driven by Navarro, collided with the plaintiff's vehicle. As a result, plaintiff allegedly suffered bodily injury, disability, mental anguish, expense of hospitalization and aggravation of a previously existing condition.

The plaintiff holds Navarro, Franco and G & F Renovations Inc. responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout for other cars, failed to yield right-of-way and failed to properly operate a vehicle.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants, for damages in an amount of more than $15,000, excluding costs. He is represented by Maryann Furman of The Nurse Lawyer PA in New Port Richey.
