Live Face on Web LLC filed a complaint on Aug. 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Division against Ortega Chiropractic Corp. and James Diesen alleging copyright infringement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sustained damages from having its copyrighted, personal host software infringed. The plaintiff holds Ortega Chiropractic Corp. and Diesen responsible because the defendants allegedly used an infringing version of plaintiff's Live Face on Web software on their website to promote and their products and services.
