Tire Outlet USA alleged to have not paid for shipping parcels

ORLANDO – A Memphis, Tennessee based shipping company alleges a Seminole County business has not paid for shipping parcels.

FedEx Techconnect Inc. filed a complaint on July 15 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida against Mr. Gomas of Central Florida LLC, doing business as Tire Outlet USA, alleging open account, breach of contract, unjust enrichment and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2015, it suffered damages to its business as the result of unpaid invoices from the defendant. The plaintiff holds Mr. Gomas of Central Florida LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly breached its agreement with plaintiff by refusing to pay total freight charges in the amount of $152,361.07.

The plaintiff seeks damages in the amount of $152,361.07 plus interest, legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Meredith Silver of Phillips, Cantor, Shalek, Rubin & Pfister PA in Hollywood.
