MIAMI – A Rolling Meadows, Illinois company is facing a suit from a Boynton Beach company over allegations of patent infringement.
Shipping and Transit LLC filed a complaint on July 5 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Fairprice Tobacco Inc., doing business as Windycitycigars.com,
citing patent infringement.
