ORLANDO – A Polk County woman alleges she was injured in an accident and has filed suit against a driver and an owner of a car.
Patricia Lee filed a complaint on June 29 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against David Lanford and James Iaccheri alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 27, she sustained severe bodily injuries when Iaccheri purportedly caused a multi-car accident on Interstate 4. The plaintiff holds Lanford and Iaccheri responsible because Lanford owned the vehicle Iaccheri was driving at the time of the accident.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in an amount of more than $15,000 from both defendants, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. She is represented by Michael J. Lariosa of Robert J. Fenstersheib & Associates PA in Hallandale Beach.
