Law money 13

MIAMI – A Broward County man has filed a lawsuit against his current employer alleging it has not paid him overtime wages.

Raymond Murray filed a complaint on behalf of all others similarly situated on June 29 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Integra Property Services LLC and Richard Fitch alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that from August 2015 to the present, he has worked 72 hours per week but was not paid any overtime wages by the defendants. The plaintiff holds Integra Property Services LLC and Fitch responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay overtime compensation to plaintiff for all hours worked in excess of 40 per workweek.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks payment of all unpaid overtime compensation, liquidated damages, all legal fees, interest and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Jonathan S. Minick of Jonathan S. Minick PA in Miami.
