MIAMI – An Illinois company that maintains an office in Tallahassee alleges a Miami company owes it for health products.
H.D. Smith LLC filed a complaint on May 23 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Miami Division against Havana Pharmacy & Discount Inc. and Aymee Parga alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages as a result of unpaid invoices from 2010 to 2014. The plaintiff holds Havana Pharmacy & Discount Inc. and Parga responsible because the defendants allegedly failed and refused to pay invoices sent by plaintiff for products and services they provided.
The plaintiff seeks damages in the amount of $82,418.44 plus interest, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. It is represented by Jose G.
