JACKSONVILLE – An African-American man alleges he was discriminated against at his former job by his supervisor.

He claims to have also suffered pecuniary losses, emotional pain, humiliation, embarrassment, mental suffering, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment of life and injury to dignity, reputation and character.

The plaintiff holds Bae Systems Southeast Shipyards Mayport LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly unlawfully discriminated and retaliated against him because of his race and wrongfully terminated his employment.
