MIAMI – A Doral vessel operating common carrier has filed suit against a Miami freight forwarder over allegedly unpaid charges.
King of Ocean Services LTD filed a complaint on April 6 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida Miami Division against NGK Corp., citing breach of contract.

The suit states that the two parties have had a business relationship since 2008 and that NGK has always been responsible for the ocean freight and related charges.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensation for all damages amounting to $11,340, taxable costs and disbursements and for such any further relief as the court may deem just and proper. It is represented by Dee M. Dolvin of Dee M. Dolvin PA in Miami.
