MIAMI – A Georgia resident alleges she was injured in a slip-and-fall incident while aboard the Carnival Ecstasy.
Clara Ned resident filed a complaint on Feb. 22 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Miami Division against Carnival Corp., doing business as Carnival Cruise Line, citing negligence.
