Florida man nearly 'burned alive' by exploding propane grill, sues owner of Orlando apartment complex
The lawsuit claims the landlord, identified as Richman Orlando Development Partners improperly maintained a propane grill at the apartment complex, allowing gas to accumulate in the grill before it all combusted at once, causing the man to catch fire while he attempted to grill a steak
