Joslen Martinez Fernandez has filed a lawsuit against Mirela Ivan and Cosmin Teodorescu in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida. The case, bearing the ID 502024CA002920XXXAMB Div: AE, was filed on March 28, 2024.
The plaintiff alleges that on October 6, 2023, defendant Mirela Ivan negligently operated a motor vehicle owned by defendant Cosmin Teodorescu causing an accident involving Fernandez.
