In the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiff Pamela Foxworth has filed a lawsuit against Terrace Park of Five Towns, No. 24, Inc., case number 24-001566-CI on April 8, 2024. The suit is an action for damages exceeding $50,000 but it's uncertain whether it surpasses $75,000.

Represented by Tara Roberts from Wolfson & Leon law firm, Foxworth alleges that she was injured on September 12, 2023 due to negligence on the part of the defendant. The complaint details that Foxworth slipped and fell on an oil-like substance at a property owned by Terrace Park of Five Towns in Pinellas County.

Foxworth is seeking judgment for damages against the defendant including costs of this action and any other equitable and legal relief deemed appropriate by the court. She also demands a trial by jury for all issues so triable as of right by jury.
