Theodore Estlow has filed a lawsuit against Ashley Curry in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida under case number 24-001585-CI. The complaint was e-filed on April 9, 2024. The plaintiff alleges that he suffered damages exceeding $50,000 due to a motor vehicle collision caused by the defendant.

Estlow's attorney, Jeremy Clark of Clark Hartpence Law, details that the accident occurred on November 10, 2023 in St. Petersburg, Pinellas County. Estlow was a passenger on a Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority bus when Curry's vehicle struck it from the right rear side.
