Lindsay Logun sues Progressive American Insurance Company for damages resulting from a motor vehicle accident

In the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida, Lindsay Logun has filed a lawsuit against Progressive American Insurance Company. The case ID is 502024CA003349XXXAMB Div: AO and was filed on April 11, 2024. The complaint seeks damages in excess of $50,000 and demands a trial by jury.

Logun alleges that she was seriously and permanently injured in a motor vehicle accident that occurred on June 6, 2023. The incident involved another driver named Guito Dorvilnet who negligently operated his vehicle causing it to crash into Logun's car. Neither Dorvilnet nor the owner of Logun's vehicle carried bodily injury liability coverage to cover the value of the damages sustained by Logun.

At the time of the accident, there was an insurance policy issued by Progressive in full force and effect for Logun which included uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage. Logun asserts that she has complied with all conditions precedent to bringing this action pursuant to the policy issued by Progressive.
