Gina Myers has filed a lawsuit against Professional Service Industries, Inc., Testing Holdings USA, Inc., and Tali Ana Hepple in the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Palm Beach County, Florida. The case, identified as 502024CA002820XXXAMB Div: AJ, was filed on March 27, 2024. Myers is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 following a motor vehicle accident.
The plaintiff's lawyer alleges that on November 29, 2022, defendant Tali Ana Hepple negligently operated a vehicle owned by Professional Service Industries causing a collision with Myers' vehicle. The incident occurred at the intersection of West Boynton Beach Boulevard and Acme Dairy Road in Palm Beach County.
As a result of the crash, Myers claims to have suffered bodily injury resulting in pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, scarring, mental anguish among other losses. These losses are said to be permanent or continuing in nature and will affect her future.
Myers is seeking judgment for money damages against all defendants due to their negligence and vicarious liability under Florida’s Dangerous Instrumentality Doctrine.
