In the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida, plaintiffs Shana Bush and Reginal Bush have filed a lawsuit against defendants AJ Bella Contractors Inc and Cesar Cardiel. The case, bearing the ID 502024CA002893XXXAMB Div: AG, was filed on March 28, 2024.
The plaintiffs allege that on February 5, 2024, defendant Cesar Cardiel negligently operated a motor vehicle owned by AJ Bella Contractors resulting in a collision with Shana Bush's vehicle. The accident took place at the intersection of Northlake Boulevard in Palm Beach County, Florida. It is also claimed that Cardiel was towing a large piece of contracting equipment behind his truck at the time of the incident.
Shana Bush alleges that as a direct result of this negligence she suffered bodily injuries, pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, impairment of working ability and mental anguish. She also incurred medical expenses for the treatment of said injuries which are deemed permanent within a reasonable degree of medical probability. The action seeks damages in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), exclusive of interest costs and attorney's fees.
