Felix Alberto Granados sues Boutique Property Management for negligence leading to personal injury

Felix Alberto Granados has filed a lawsuit against Boutique Property Management, LLC and Bermuda High Condominium Association, Inc. in the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida. The case ID is 502024CA002957XXXAMB Div: AN and was filed on March 29, 2024.

The plaintiff alleges that he suffered significant injuries due to negligence by the defendants. The incident occurred on November 12, 2023, at the premises managed by Boutique Property Management and owned by Bermuda High Condominium Association where Granados was a resident.

The complaint details that Granados slipped and fell due to hazardous conditions such as accumulated liquids on the floor or stairs which the defendants failed to address or warn residents about. The damages sought exceed $50,000 excluding interest and costs.
