A woman has sued after she was injured during a catamaran excursion.
Lisandra Gonzalez filed her complaint in federal court against Viator Tours Inc., TripAdvisor LLC and Sunfos Alessia Yachting.
According to the complaint, Gonzalez was returning to the pier from the boat tour on August 3, 2023, when she was injured because of a faulty ramp/gangway.
Gonzalez claims the defendants were negligent in providing a safe environment for her and other passengers during the tour.
The complaint say Gonzalez booked the catamaran tour with Sunfos through the Viator/TripAdvisor website. She received a confirmation email from Viator/TripAdvisor shortly after completing her booking. The boat tour was part of a larger Greek Isles cruise taken by Gonzalez with her family and friends.
She seeks compensatory damages.
