Ernest Hicks sues Pee-Pa’s Garage Craft Brewery for negligence leading to bodily injury

Ernest Hicks has filed a lawsuit against Pee-Pa’s Garage Craft Brewery, LLC in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida. The case number is 24-001623-CI and was filed on April 11, 2024. The plaintiff is seeking damages exceeding $50,000 for injuries sustained at the defendant's premises.

Represented by his lawyer, Hicks alleges that he was injured on August 19, 2023 while visiting Pee-Pa’s Garage Craft Brewery. He claims to have fallen onto a concrete floor after a picnic table at the brewery wobbled and fell backwards.
