Berlande Dorcely sues Panco Management of Delaware for negligence leading to personal injury

Berlande Dorcely has filed a lawsuit against Panco Management of Delaware, LLC, in the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida. The case number is 502024CA003366XXXAMB Div: AN and was filed on April 11, 2024. Dorcely alleges that Panco Management failed to maintain its property in a safe condition which resulted in her slipping and falling down the stairs at the condominium complex located at 7130 Okeechobee, West Palm Beach, FL 33411. The incident occurred on December 1, 2023, causing Dorcely severe physical and mental pain as well as financial losses due to medical expenses.

Represented by Keller, Keller, Caracuzzo, Cox & Belluccio with W. Ellis Petit as the lead attorney, Dorcely claims that she sustained permanent injuries and an aggravation of a pre-existing condition due to the fall. She further alleges that she has lost earning capacity and incurred large sums of money for medical care.

Dorcely is seeking judgment against Panco Management of Delaware, LLC for damages in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000). She also demands a trial by jury for all triable issues.
