However, he claims to have not received any trucks or trailers from the defendants. Furthermore, Belyy asserts that these trucks and trailers are currently in use by the defendants.
The plaintiff is seeking compensatory damages in the amount of $301,000 along with treble damages and attorneys’ fees and costs as deemed appropriate by the court. He also demands other relief that this court deems just and proper.
