Bolcor Commercial Flooring, LLC has filed a lawsuit against Veracon, LLC d/b/a Vera Contractors in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida. The case, bearing the ID 24-002042-CO, was lodged on March 6, 2024.

The plaintiff alleges that they entered into a subcontract agreement with Veracon on October 28, 2021 to provide labor, services and materials for flooring installation at a property in Palm Harbor, Florida. Bolcor began work on February 14, 2022 but was terminated without cause by Veracon on March 4, 2022.

Bolcor claims that Veracon breached their contract by failing to remit payment for an invoice amounting to $23,487.65 despite repeated demands from Bolcor. They further allege that this non-payment has caused them damages.

In their suit, Bolcor is seeking judgment against Veracon for damages, interest, court costs and attorney’s fees along with any other relief deemed just and proper by the court.
