Sarah Coleman sues Emir Dobraca for negligent operation leading to a car collision

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida in and for Pinellas County, plaintiff Sarah Coleman has filed a lawsuit against defendant Emir Dobraca. The case number is 24-001028-CI and was filed on March 4, 2024. The complaint alleges that Dobraca negligently operated his vehicle, resulting in a collision with Coleman's car on June 5, 2023. This incident occurred while both parties were traveling on US-19 in Pinellas Park, Florida.

The plaintiff's lawyers are William J. Winters, Marc Yonker, and Patrick D. Brannon from Winters & Yonker, PA. The lawsuit claims that as a result of the accident, Coleman suffered bodily injury leading to pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for enjoyment of life among other damages.
