Plaintiffs Nector Miguel, Kenneth Miguel, Kristian Miguel, Raymund Santos, Joel Regindin, Apolos Tayo, and James A. Pierce have filed a lawsuit against Lambic Telcom Inc., and Dawn Redden in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida. The case (Case Number: 24-002137-CO) was filed on March 8th, 2024 and revolves around allegations of unpaid wages and breach of employment agreement.

The plaintiffs allege that they were employed by the defendants to work on the Frontier Communication Project. However, despite performing their duties as per the agreed pay rate schedule (Exhibit "A"), they claim to have not been fully compensated for their services. The individual damages are estimated to be greater than $8,000 but do not exceed $50,000 excluding interest, costs, and attorneys' fees.

In addition to seeking recovery of their unpaid wages, the plaintiffs are also demanding compensation for their legal costs under §448.08 of the Florida Statutes. They argue that Lambic Telcom Inc., a foreign profit corporation conducting business within the jurisdiction of this court, along with Dawn Redden were their employers as defined by law.
