Raymon Edwin Stephens sues Thomas Farsacti for motor vehicle collision due to alleged negligence

Raymon Edwin Stephens has filed a lawsuit against Thomas Farsacti in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida under case number 24-000964-ClI on February 29, 2024. The plaintiff alleges negligence on part of the defendant leading to a motor vehicle collision causing significant damages. Represented by attorney Paul Gross from Morgan & Morgan Tampa, P.A., Stephens is seeking damages exceeding $50,000 exclusive of costs, interest and attorneys’ fees.

The incident occurred on March 11, 2023 at or near the intersection of Gulf Boulevard and 52nd Avenue West in St. Pete Beach, Pinellas County, Florida. Both parties were operating their respective motor vehicles at the time of the accident. The plaintiff claims that Farsacti's negligent operation and/or maintenance of his vehicle led to the collision.

As a direct result of this alleged negligence, Stephens suffered bodily injury including permanent injury to the body as a whole, pain and suffering of both physical and mental nature, disability, physical impairment among other losses. These losses are either permanent or continuing and Stephens will continue to suffer these losses in future.

Stephens is demanding judgment for damages, fees, costs, prejudgment lawsuit along with any other relief deemed appropriate by the court against Farsacti. He also demands a jury trial on all issues so triable.
