Diana Jandreski has filed a lawsuit against Allcare Clinic and Dr. Fred Clark in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Court, Pinellas County, Florida. The case ID is 24-001121-Cl and was filed on March 8, 2024. The complaint seeks damages for alleged medical malpractices including falsifying medical records and lack of informed consent.

The plaintiff, Ms. Jandreski, alleges that she first made contact with Allcare Clinic on January 17, 2024, seeking healthcare for stress-related symptoms allegedly caused by her former employer HDR Inc. She had an appointment with Dr. Clark on January 18 and a follow-up visit on January 25, during which a Well Woman Exam was performed without her consent.

Ms. Jandreski claims that Dr. Clark falsified her medical records from the January 18 visit to include false statements about her experiencing migraines and having a predisposition to them. She is seeking declaratory relief, compensatory, actual, and punitive damages exceeding $50,000 excluding pre-judgment interest, costs, and fees.
