Victor Garcia sues Adrien Rano for damages from a motor vehicle incident

Victor Garcia has filed a lawsuit against Adrien Rano in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pinellas County, Florida under case number 24-000909-CI on February 26, 2024. The suit is for damages exceeding $50,000 due to a motor vehicle incident that occurred on February 10, 2023.

Garcia alleges that Rano negligently operated and/or maintained his vehicle causing a collision with Garcia's vehicle. The plaintiff was represented by Josh Firm P.A., based in St. Petersburg, Florida.

The complaint states that as a result of Rano's negligence, Garcia suffered permanent and continuing injuries, pain, suffering, mental anguish, loss of past and future wages, medical expenses for care and treatment of injuries among other impairments.

Garcia is seeking judgment against Rano for damages exceeding $50,000 plus costs, interest, attorney fees, prejudgment interest and any other relief deemed appropriate by the court.
