Lisa Bires sues Jane Belliveau for damages resulting from alleged negligent driving

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiff Lisa Bires has filed a lawsuit against defendant Jane Belliveau. The case, identified as Case Number 24-000965-ClI and filed on February 29, 2024, seeks damages exceeding $50,000.

The plaintiff's lawyer, Adam Brum of Morgan & Morgan, P.A., alleges that on April 6, 2023, a car accident occurred involving both parties in Pinellas County. The defendant is accused of negligently operating her vehicle which resulted in a collision with the plaintiff's car.

As a direct result of this alleged negligence, Bires claims to have suffered bodily injury including permanent injury to the body as a whole, aggravation of a pre-existing condition and/or activation of a latent condition. Additionally, she experienced pain and suffering of both physical and mental nature, disability, physical impairment, disfigurement and mental anguish.

Bires is seeking judgment against Belliveau for an amount exceeding $50,000 and requests a trial by jury. She asserts that her losses are either permanent or continuing and will be suffered in the future due to injuries sustained from the accident.
