Marshall Dennehey, a leading civil defense litigation law firm with four offices in Florida, has added Kevin K. Chase as a shareholder in its Orlando office. Chase has devoted his nearly three-decade legal career to civil litigation defense.
A Central Florida native, Chase has defended cases in nearly every county in Florida and obtained defense verdicts at trial in multiple courts throughout the state. Among his many areas of practice, Chase has defended hundreds of cases involving allegations of medical malpractice, nursing home liability, automobile/rental car liability and premises liability, all typically involving allegations of catastrophic injury or wrongful death. His clients include some of the largest insurance carriers, hospital systems, hotels, rental car companies and theme parks in Florida, as well as individual doctors and other healthcare providers. Outside the office, Chase volunteers on a weekly basis for the Central Florida Intergroup Hotline and supports several organizations dedicated to the preservation of Florida’s waters and environment.
He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law and received his bachelor’s degree from Mississippi State University.
