Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A. represented KWC Management, LLC in its acquisition of Montage Kapalua Bay, one of the top-ranked resorts on Maui and throughout Hawaii.
Montage Kapalua Bay offers 24 acres of oceanfront luxury on the northwest corner of Maui, comprising 146 residential-style, multibedroom suites, an immersive cultural program, a collection of privately-owned residences, and more.
KWC Management is the hospitality investment management company of Kemmons Wilson Companies, a family-owned organization with diverse business interests. KWC Management will bring on White Label Asset Management to assist in managing the property.
Brian T. Lower, of counsel in Greenberg Traurig’s Hospitality Practice, represented KWC Management in the deal. Lower focuses his practice on hospitality and resort acquisition law and has deep experience in real estate and business acquisitions, development, hospitality business operations, national brand management, real estate sales, and financing.
