Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce that it has been recognized by BTI Consulting as one of the most feared law firms for litigation in its annual Litigation Outlook report. Earning the title “Intimidating Opponent” for the second consecutive year, Jackson Lewis was selected based on positive recommendations from top legal decision makers as well as its dedication to both understanding and meeting the needs of its clients.
“The BTI report highlights our commitment to excellent client service and affirms our strong reputation across the legal community both inside and outside of the courtroom,” said Stephanie L. Adler-Paindiris, co-leader of the firm’s Litigation group. “This recognition will serve as motivation to continue harnessing our litigation talent and experience in favor of our clients.”
BTI’s independent and rigorous study assesses the reputation and perceptions of law firms among their corporate counsel litigation opponents, including general counsel and in-house litigation leaders at companies with more than $1 billion in revenue in the United States. The 2023 survey received over 300 responses to open-ended questions asking for identification of law firms that opposing legal counsel would least desire to face. BTI does not accept referrals or nominations for this award or completion of the assessment, maintaining the credibility of its listings.
“We pride ourselves in our strategic and creative techniques to navigate complex litigation and meet client objectives,” said Stephanie E. Satterfield, co-leader of the firm’s Litigation group. “This award is yet another proof point of our client service excellence in practice.”
