Scholer has over two decades of experience as an intellectual property lawyer. With a background in electrical engineering, he guides clients through the full spectrum of patent prosecution, especially in electrical and computer-related technologies. Scholer has represented Fortune 100 clients with U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, searches, application preparation, filings, responses to patent office actions, opinion rendering and counseling.
