Raymond has been involved in high-stakes complex commercial litigation and securities litigation for more than 35 years. His practice includes advising the Boards of Directors and General Counsel of many prominent companies. He has litigated numerous high-profile cases throughout his career. He is experienced in defending complex commercial, trust, and securities litigation in both state and federal courts and arbitrations before FINRA, ICDR, and AAA. Newman began his career with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement. He has litigated high stakes complex commercial and securities matters in federal and state courts and before various arbitration forums for almost 30 years. He regularly represents individuals and entities in government investigations and related litigation. Newman also serves as court-appointed receiver for business entities, including those prosecuted by the SEC for securities fraud.
