Five attorneys from the Florida offices of Marshall Dennehey have been selected to the 2023 edition of Florida Super Lawyers. A Thomson Reuters business, Super Lawyers is a rating service of lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Each year, no more than five percent of the lawyers in each state are selected by Super Lawyers. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. Bradley P. Blystone, Personal Injury Medical Malpractice: Defense. Mr. Blystone, a Shareholder in the Orlando office, has more than three decades of experience handling high-exposure medical malpractice cases in Florida. He practices in the areas of medical negligence, amusement, sports and entertainment liability, premises liability, automobile liability, and professional negligence. 

Michael J. Bradford, Civil Litigation Defense. Mr. Bradford, a Shareholder in the Tampa office, is a Board-Certified Civil Trial Lawyer. He focuses his practice on admiralty and maritime claims, insurance coverage, property and casualty defense, construction negligence, and commercial litigation. 

Michael J. DeCandio, Construction Litigation. Mr. DeCandio, Of Counsel in the Jacksonville office, concentrates his practice on the defense of construction and design professionals. Additionally, he defends both products and premises liability as well as trucking cases. He has tried almost 100 cases to verdict.

Elizabeth B. Ferguson, Construction Litigation. Ms. Ferguson, a Shareholder in the Jacksonville office, has been Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar since 2009. She defends clients against claims of liability, breach of contract, construction defect, design defect, delay, liens/bonds, insurance coverage issues, and licensure issues. She also provides transactional support for her construction clients.
