Jackson Lewis announces BTI Names Six Jackson Lewis Attorneys as 2023 Client Services All-Stars

Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Stephanie L. Adler-Paindiris, Nathan W. Austin, Stephen T. Paterniti, Andreas N. Satterfield, Stephanie E. Satterfield and Amanda A. Simpson have been recognized in The BTI Consulting Group’s 2022 Client Service All-Stars report. According to BTI, the Client Service All-Stars deliver incomparable levels of client service excellence, demonstrate an unrelenting pursuit to find what best fulfills their clients’ needs, can simplify the most complex of legal matters and are unwavering in their dedication to clients.

Stephanie L. Adler-Paindiris is a principal in Jackson Lewis’ Orlando office. She is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors and serves as co-leader of the firm's Litigation group. Admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court and federal courts throughout the country, Stephanie defends class and collective actions on behalf of employers and provides legal advice and counsel to help her clients navigate today’s legal and business workplace challenges. She has represented clients in more than a dozen trials before juries and judges in state and federal courts, as well as appearing before administrative juries and agencies. She participates in arbitrations and administrative hearings before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings as well as AAA and FINRA.

Nathan W. Austin is a principal in Jackson Lewis’ Sacramento, California, office. His practice is focused on defending employers in wage and hour class and representative actions, and advising employers on wage and hour policies and practices. He also defends management in litigation involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and other employment-related actions. In addition, Nathan provides training for managers and employees on various workplace issues.

Stephen T. Paterniti is a principal in Jackson Lewis’ Boston office. He concentrates his practice on employment litigation and counseling, and represents employers on issues including employment discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination, non-competition, non-solicitation, and misappropriation of trade secrets, wage and hour, medical leave, defamation, OSHA, and reductions in force. He has extensive trial experience and has successfully defended clients in federal and state discrimination litigation, class actions, EEOC pattern and practice litigation, restrictive covenant litigation, employment contract claims, and other employment-related litigation.

Andreas N. Satterfield, Jr. is a principal in Jackson Lewis’ Greenville, South Carolina, office.  He practices in the areas of management labor and employment law and has substantial experience representing employers in the manufacturing, professional services, hospitality, health care, and transportation industries. Andy has litigated cases involving discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, age, genetic information, and disability; sexual harassment; wrongful discharge; retaliatory discharge; breach of contract; covenants not to compete and trade secret violations; wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act; and the Family Medical Leave Act. He has extensive experience counseling clients on compliance issues and litigation avoidance strategies; reductions in force drafting restrictive covenant agreements and conducting supervisor training. Andy also serves as a neutral in employment mediations and arbitrations.

Stephanie E. Satterfield is a principal in Jackson Lewis’ Greenville, South Carolina, office and the Charlotte office managing principal. She also serves as the co-leader of the Litigation group. She represents employers in employment litigation and advises businesses on practices and policies to foster employee engagement and avoid litigation. Stephanie has handled all aspects of employment law but focuses on pay equity, sexual harassment claims, investigations, and litigation, reductions in force, and multi-state compliance for Fortune 500 companies in the manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries.

Amanda A. Simpson is a principal and the Orlando office litigation manager at Jackson Lewis. She is a co-leader of the firm’s Hospitality-Restaurant industry group and a leader of the Privacy Litigation group. Amanda focuses her practice on class and collective action litigation. She also provides advice and counsel and represents clients on a wide range of employment issues, including wage and hour, independent contractor misclassification, background screening, data privacy, non-compete, whistleblower, discrimination and retaliation claims.

The firm was also recently recognized by BTI as one of the top 30 law firms in the country in its annual client service survey.
