Real estate publication Connect CRE has selected partner Yisell Rodriguez to their annual Next Generation Awards program as a Florida/Gulf Coast honoree. The program recognizes 10 winners from across the United States, along with leaders from each of the 10 areas. Areas include California, Seattle & Pacific Northwest, Phoenix & Southwest, Texas, Chicago & Midwest, Boston & New England, New York & Tri-State, Washington, DC, Atlanta & Southeast, and Florida & Gulf Coast.
Rodriguez was selected among a pool of approximately 500 candidates. Honorees are young professionals in real estate that demonstrate a deep understanding of business and exemplify leadership in their community. She is being recognized for her work in regards to the housing market in Florida, and for her numerous pro bono projects she picks up to make her Florida community a better place.
Rodriguez focuses her practice on affordable housing and tax matters, representing for-profit and nonprofit developers of multifamily housing for low-income families and seniors throughout the United States and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. She counsels her clients in various aspects of developing, financing, and operating their communities.
