Ms. Bostic is a partner in Holland & Knight's Houston office. She focuses her practice on representation of public and private companies and private equity funds in securities issuances, acquisitions and dispositions of assets and equity, joint ventures, recapitalizations, financings and change-of-control transactions valued in the billions.
Ms. Ivey, an associate in the firm's Nashville office, assists healthcare clients with a wide range of strategic transactions, including recapitalizations, leveraged buy-outs, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures involving physician practices, behavioral healthcare facilities, dental practices and other healthcare platforms. She also represents clients in the sale of portfolio companies and investments involving private equity and other strategic buyers.
Ms. Sheehy is a partner in the firm's Stamford, Connecticut, office and counsels public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital financings, restructurings, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Ms. Terrenzi is a partner based in Holland & Knight's Tysons, Virginia, office and practices principally in the areas of business and corporate law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Her clients are engaged in a variety of industry sectors, including software services, government contracts and information technology.
