A model who permits sexually explicit images of herself to be displayed on a subscription-only website is suing Orange County Public Schools after the district barred her from being a volunteer at her children’s elementary school.
Orange County resident Victoria Triece filed the civil complaint Jan. 24 in the Ninth Judicial Circuit, alleging that the district invaded her privacy, violated her rights under the Florida Constitution and engaged in “civil sexual cyberharassment of the plaintiff.”
Triece had been a volunteer in a program at her children’s school, Sand Lake Elementary, until October 2021, when the plaintiff was told by her principal that she would no longer be allowed on school grounds to take part in the ADDitions School Volunteer program, according to the lawsuit.
She is now seeking monetary damages and other relief and alleging that the school district staff members disseminated pictures posted at the private OnlyFans website in violation of the website’s policies.
“As a result of OCPS’ improper actions, Ms. Triece has suffered shame, humiliation, mental anguish, hurt feelings and aggravation, all at great loss to the plaintiff,” the complaint says.
When contacted by the Florida Record, a school district spokesman said school officials had yet to review the lawsuit, but he also noted that Triece’s original lawsuit against the school district was tossed out.
“The previous complaint was denied in circuit court,” Michael Ollendorff said in an email.
The prior complaint, which was dismissed last year, urged the court to order the school district to restore her status as an ADDitions volunteer without any restrictions. The Ninth Circuit, however, found it could not issue such a writ of mandamus.
“The court finds petitioner has not shown a clear legal right to participate in the program,” an order by Circuit Judge Paetra Brownlee states. “Nor has she shown that (the) respondent has a legal duty to allow her to participate in the ADDitions volunteer program, or that such duty is ministerial,” or mandated by law.
OnlyFans subscribers must agree not to disseminate images, including the plaintiff’s photos, without express consent of the model, according to the most recent lawsuit.
“Plaintiff reasonably expected that her sexually explicit images would not be shared with teachers, principals, staff of OCPS and media outlets despite consenting to the sharing of images with other persons on her restricted OnlyFans internet Web page,” the complaint says.
