Law students have until January 5, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. ET to apply for the 2023-24 Florida Supreme Court Fellows Program. This two-semester program is open to students classified as third-year (3L) during their time in the Program.

Fellows will work as an intern to an individual justice, central staff, the clerk of court, or the Office of the State Courts Administrator General Counsel and receive $15.00 per hour and work 20-30 hours per week.

Duties will include reviewing and making recommendations on petitions for discretionary review, attorney discipline matters, and extraordinary writ petitions; conducting legal research; and preparing memoranda on pending cases.

Fellows will also have the opportunity to attend oral arguments; discuss cases with staff attorneys and justices; assist in drafting orders and opinions; and participate in various special lectures, group discussions, and training sessions.
