The Federal Court Practice Committee is a standing committee of The Florida Bar, which serves as the Bar’s liaison to the state’s federal courts, federal bar organizations in Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Judicial Conference, and federal practitioners.
The Committee’s signature event, the Federal Judicial Roundtable, will be held at The Florida Bar’s Annual Convention. The Roundtable is a popular program that provides a unique opportunity for the federal bench and bar to work together during an interesting and practical seminar. Federal judges and lawyers, as well as law professors and students, have enjoyed the interactive and informal nature of the Roundtable for years. The objectives of the Roundtable are to strengthen the relationship between the federal bench and bar, and to improve practice before federal courts in Florida. The Roundtable is the premier event at The Florida Bar Annual Convention that fosters that relationship in Florida’s federal court system.
